Supplemental Data

From the supplementary data section you have access to the voxel grid algorithm used in the experiments, the raw data spreadsheets for each microarray experiment directly from the GenePix Pro 3.0 software.  Additionally, the computer algorithms used to obtain the figures in the published paper can also be obtained along with the numeric input and numeric output.  Finally, there are supplement figures available here that were not included in the published paper.
