Frozen coronal hemi-sections of human brain were obtained at the level of the thalamus, striatum and hippocampus.  A grid system was employed to obtain a maximum of 32 voxel, that is a 4 X 8 grid.  Voxels were labeled from medial to lateral 1 to 4, and labeled superiorly to inferiorly A to H.  For voxels less than 50% of a cube, voxels were combined medially, then superiorly, then laterally, then inferiorly.
