Orthologs of Other Mapped Zebrafish Genes

Mammalian orthologs of previously mapped zebrafish genes were identified by the systematic phylogenetic analysis described in the text. The map positions of these genes were reported by Postlethwait et al. (1998). Human and mouse map positions were obtained from the OMIM (http://www3.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Omim/) and MGD (http://www.informatics.jax.org/maptools.html) databases, respectively.
