
PARTAGE: Parallel analysis of RT and gene expression. Multiomics approach for the simultaneous profiling of CNV, RT, and transcriptome programs. Target cells are BrdU-labeled (1), dissociated (2), and intact nuclei isolated (3). Then, DNA was stained with cell-permeant dyes (4) and cell cycle analyzed by flow cytometry (5). Nuclei at specific cell cycle stages were collected for nucleic acid copurification (6), and optimized Repli-seq (7) and total RNA-seq (8) were performed. Finally, data analysis and visualization were performed to generate CNV, RT, and gene expression profiles (9).
