
CloMu determines mutation fitness, uncovers mutation similarity, and interchangeability, and finds relative causal relationships on a breast cancer cohort (Razavi et al. 2018). (A) CloMu identified eight mutations that have a far greater fitness value than other mutations. (B) Among these eight mutations, five mutations had latent representations with significant nonzero magnitudes.
