Frequency within self-reported ethnic background of the number of segments in haplotype threading of haplotypes in UK Biobank (UKB). Haplotype threading is generated with a reference panel as the rest of the UKB. Frequency is plotted by self-reported ethnic background (abbreviated “Ethnc.” on y-axis label) for the four most common in the UKB: British, Irish, Indian, and Caribbean, with 860,584, 25,436, 11,320, and 8598 haplotypes, respectively.
