Crossover resolution. Crossovers are resolved to the interval between SNVs. Here, we compare crossover resolution for PhasingFamilies and several other methods (Kong et al. 2014; Venn et al. 2014; Halldorsson et al. 2019). Of the crossovers called by PhasingFamilies, 70.7% can be resolved to <10 kbp and 97.7% can be resolved to <100 kbp. Only the median crossover resolution was available for Venn et al. (2014).
