BiT-STARR-seq Z-score is the Z-score from metaanalysis of ASE for nine experimental replicates. GWAS OR is the odds ratio from rs3810936 alternate allele with Crohn's disease (Yamazaki et al. 2005; Franke et al. 2010; Baskaran et al. 2014; Lee et al. 2015). All scores are signed relative to the risk allele, which is the alternate allele.
