Ditag-detected genome variations in multiple individual genomes. Variations in GM15510 detected by five SacI ditags (Supplemental Table 12B) were tested in a panel of 10 DNA samples (Coriell). (GM) GM15510 DNA was used as the positive control. The results show that two variations are present in all 10 individual genomes and three variations exist in only four individual genomes.
