The profile of transcript abundance from cultures of E. coli, H. influenzae, and P. aeruginosa as measured by hybridization of labeled cDNA to a custom oligonuclotide microarray containing probes for most transcripts from each organism. Basal signal is ∼100 units in all hybridizations. A very small minority of probes shows cross-reactivity with other species, and these probes were excluded from analysis.
