FVB and 129 cDNAs were combined in defined proportions to generate mixes A through K. These cDNAs were amplified and the amplicons subjected to melting analysis as described. [γFVB(Ex)] The fractional value of FVB cDNA expected based on mixtures generated; (γFVBC) fractional values corrected for probe bias; (SD) standard deviations (N = 3); (N/A) not applicable because these samples represent the reference standards.
