Prenatal and postnatal expression of CLPG1 in sheep of all four genotypes. RNA from each individual was reverse-transcribed in the presence or absence (no RT) of reverse transcriptase using a gene-specific primer, followed by PCR amplification and resolution by agarose gel electrophoresis. The expected amplicons are 270 bp and are designated by the arrowheads. GAPDH amplicons (452 bp) were amplified from the same tissues.
