Prenatal and postnatal expression of CLPG1 in sheep of all four genotypes. RNA from each individual was reverse-transcribed in the presence or absence (no RT) of reverse transcriptase using a gene-specific primer, followed by PCR amplification and resolution by agarose gel electrophoresis.
