The double dagger symbol (‡) shown following DS7 in the Deleted Sequence column, should instead follow DS71.
The table footnote for the above symbol says “Another isolate had a deleted sequence in the same deletion loci but with different length: DS7a had a length of 517 bp.” This sentence should instead read “Another isolate had a deleted sequence in the same deletion loci but with different length: DS71a had a length of 517 bp.”
