Usage reports


1) Reports after April 2026

Please login into Sigma, and select which report you would like to download in the 'Reports' section in the left-hand column. You can then configure which COUNTER report you need.


2) Reports before April 2026 

The HighWire platform is in the process of being updated to allow you to download these reports. While this is being updated, please email us at [email protected] with the following details, and we will reply to you with the report:

  • a) Report(s) Name
  • b) Date range (Month and Year)
  • c) Institution Name
