Electropherogram of cDNA-containing plasmids prepared by this system. The prepared plasmids were dissolved in TE buffer, precipitated with ethanol, and, then, sequenced. The dye-terminator sequencing kit (Perkin-Elmer) and an ABI 377 DNA sequencer were used.
