Three sequenced bacterial clones (by the Whitehead Institute/MIT) are also shown in the map; the sizes of the bacterial clones hRPK.506h21 (BAC), hRPC.1171i10 (PAC), and hRPC.1096f1 (PAC) are 162,083 bp, 175,120 bp, and 124,898 bp, respectively.
