Influence of the O1 G → C polymorphism on bendability and curvature propensity of DNA adjacent to the unstable end of the minisatellite MS32 repeat array. Secondary structural analysis with the Bend.It Server was performed on 90 bp of MS32 flanking DNA plus the diverged repeat unit (horizontal arrow) that precedes the repeat array proper, with analyses repeated for the O1G and O1C alleles that differ by a single base transversion.
