Maatman; Jackson Laboratory, (f) (Wang et al. 1994). (g) The pRML1 (L-I and L-II) and pRML2 (R-I and R-II) nesting primers were designed using primer 0.5 (Lincoln et al. 1991). (h) The pRML1 L-III and pRML2 R-III primers are the T3 and T7 promoter sequences flanking the insert in the assembled YAC (Spencer et al. 1993).
