Northern blot analysis of expression of three different mammalian subfamily members in mouse tissue. Radiolabeled oligonucleotides derived from murine ATPase II (class I, U75312), rat EST H35595 (class II, same as rat W75163), and human EST R51412 (class II) were hybridized separately to a Northern blot of mouse tissues. As each probe hybridized to a transcript of different mobility, the three autoradiographs have been superimposed.
