Schematic of the arrayer designed in Patrick Brown’s laboratory. Shown is the basic system. Three servo-motor powered linear rail tables (Daedal Series 500000) are mounted on an anti-vibration table (Newport). Inside the PC, a Galil DMC-630 controller card (Galil Motion Control, Sunnyvale, CA) controls the system via communication through a 60 pin ribbon cable to the Galil power supply and servo driver.
