Data integration overview. Various types of information related to IMAGE. Library clones and derived sequences are collected from LLNL, Washington University Genome Sequencing Center, and NCBI. ACeDB acts as the database management system and visualization tool. The broken line to GenBank/dbEST indicates that information from those databases is stored in ACeDB but imported independently of the integration procedure described in this paper.
