Stratification of trisomies by autosome and inferred source of error. Chromosome-wide patterns of SPH were designated as potentially mitotic in origin (yellow). Samples with tracts of BPH in regions surrounding the centromere were classified as putative MI errors (red), whereas tracts of BPH elsewhere on the chromosome were classified as putative MII errors (blue).
