Particular density factors of minimizer orders for large k. The particular density factors computed on 10 million–nt samples from the X Chromosome of the CHM13 assembly of various minimizer orders are compared for k = 20 (A), k = 50 (B), and k = 100 (C) over variable L values. The theoretical lower bound from Marçais et al. (2018) is also shown for comparison.
