Snapshots of our HTML pages presenting information on the 58,290 significant TR–splicing associations across 49 tissues. By providing combinations of TR, splicing, and tissue of interest on the portal page, users can browse the relationship between TR size and splicing quantity, the genomic coordinates of the TR, splicing, and genes, and the SpliceAI predictions of shorter and longer TR alleles for splice sites.
