Analysis of comorbid phenotypes using RareComb. We analyzed the genotypes of probands with anxiety/depression, ID, or schizophrenia. The heat map shows combinations of two or three mutated genes that were significantly enriched in individuals with specific patterns of comorbid phenotypes compared to the expected frequency under the assumption of independence.
