
A chameleon's tail changing color is representative of dual-function regulatory elements in the human genome capable of transitioning from enhancer to silencer activity (or vice versa). The graph overlay inspired by a Fibonacci spiral illustrates the Artificial Intelligence methods used in this issue to accurately identify these regulatory elements.
