Schematic overview of the experimental design. Our working hypothesis is that EBNA2 alters human gene expression by rewiring the chromatin landscape. To test this hypothesis, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and HiChIP experiments were performed in uninfected, EBVEBNA2−-infected, and EBVEBNA2+-infected Ramos B cells.
