For B, the 32 high-confidence cluster set was used. (TEMP) Insertions only found by TEMP; (MAPQ20) insertions only found based on high-quality mapping; (Both) insertions found by TEMP and MAPQ20; and (TAS) insertions only found when homologous TAS sequences were treated as a single locus.
