LD blocks and strong LD pairs (R2 > 0.8) operate across tens of kb or less, while chromatin interactions and multiscale domains enriched for chromatin interactions span hundreds of kb. eQTLs lie roughly in between. Summaries are computed over all super-populations, tissue types, or cell types in each data set.
