Enrichment for regulatory elements (enhancers, P-value < 0.001; protein-coding genes, P-value = 0.124; and promoters, P-value = 0.002) in the extended set of 314 candidate sweep regions. The distributions were obtained by randomly placing candidate regions in the genome to obtain lists of regions with similar physical lengths. The red lines represent the value observed in the real extended set.
