A Circos (Krzywinski et al. 2009) assembly consistency plot. Scaftigs from the largest 89 scaffolds that compose 90% of the genome are aligned to GRCh38 using BWA-MEM. GRCh38 chromosomes are displayed on the left and the scaffolds on the right. Connections show the aligned regions between the genome and scaffolds. Contigs are included as a part of the same region if they are within 1 Mbp on either side of the connection, and regions <100 kbp are not shown. The black regions on the chromosomes indicate gaps in the reference and the circles indicate the centromere location on each chromosome.
