Transcription factors (TFs) with differential expression patterns between primate and rodent. The pairwise PCC was calculated. TFs, which have P-value <0.05 between human and monkey and P-value >0.05 between human and mouse or between monkey and mouse, were considered to be differentially expressed between primate and rodent. This figure is based on monkey individual-oocyte/embryo sequencing data. Similar results for the pooled-embryo data are shown in Supplemental Figure S7.
