Repeats are colored by cluster, and any intervening sequences are omitted. Inset shows the strandedness of the same. (B) FISH analysis with cluster 4–specific and cluster 6–specific probes. Cluster 4 localized to all chromosomes together with CEN180 repeats. In contrast, the cluster 6–specific probe marks the centromeres of two chromosomes only.
