For each branch, the counts of male-biased and all incRNAs are given as the underlined numbers in parentheses, separated by a slash (“/”). (B) Proportions of male-biased incRNAs among all identified male-biased transfrags in each age branch. Significant correlation between the age of the lineages and the proportion of male-biased ncRNAs was observed (Spearman correlation rho = 0.89, P = 0.01).
