Mir3470a and Mir3470b promote metastatic progression. (A) Stable transduction of Mir3470a and Mir3470b in 6DT1 cells. (B) Orthotopic implantation of 6DT1 cells overexpressing Mir3470a showed 40% increase in tumor mass (P = 0.014) and 230% increase in pulmonary metastasis (P = 0.0069).
