Tracks as in Figure 4, except that “Expression” was measured using custom Agilent tiling arrays. The construct names are indicated in the center, and discernible transcripts are labeled along the tiling array data. A1B1 and A2B2 constructs are shown in Supplemental Figure 8 and show very similar results.
