Comparison of a clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat region (CRISPR). Successful multiple displacement amplification and de novo assembly of the repeats in CRISPR region 36-30. This region was first identified in strain W83, and all three genomes have 100% identical repeat sequences. The regions vary in the number of repeats, number of spacer sequences, and spacer identity.
