Normalized read numbers of the 14 most highly abundant miRNAs in wild-type, Adarb1−/−, and Adar−/−, Adarb1−/− mice are shown (n = 3). Of these miRNAs, only mmu-miRNA-130b, -17, and -143 have previously been shown to be edited (Yang et al. 2006; Landgraf et al. 2007; Kawahara et al. 2008).
