Analysis of peak sharing between cell populations. (A) Venn diagram illustrating the degree of overlap in methylation peaks between cell populations. (B) Total peak count for each cell population, the number of peaks shared between each cell type, and the percentage that each category contributes to the total number. Progenitor peaks are defined as present in HSCs and CMPs but absent in ERYs. Myeloid peaks are absent in HSCs but present in CMPs and ERYs. (Other) Peaks that were absent in the CMP but present in HSCs and ERYs.
