Relative expression of D. melanogaster mesodermal genes. qPCR amplification of oligo(dT)-primed twi, Mef2, bap, and tin cDNA was measured in samples from total nuclei, affinity-purified nuclei bound to anti-Flag-coated beads, and unbound nuclei. RpL32 was used as an endogenous control. Relative expression levels were normalized to those in total nuclei. Means and standard deviations of three technical replicates are shown.
