
EBF, TBP, and MEF2A proteins are expressed in the MOE and physically associate with the promoters of Olfr110, Olfr279, Olfr683, Olfr794, or Olfr1106 in vivo. Enrichment of promoter sequences in the immunoprecipitates was determined by qPCR, using specific primers. The relative abundance of target DNA was expressed as percentage of total input chromatin. Data were obtained from two independent experiments. Statistical analysis: p < 0.05 in all cases.
