Gene loss from the wOo genome. Orthologous cluster analysis identified 88 genes that are present in wBm, wMel, wPip, and wRi but that are lost or pseudogenized in wOo. These genes were manually classified into functional categories using the National Center for Biotechnology Information Conserved Domain Database.
