
pax6a and pax6b knockdown disrupts the expression of putative target genes in the eye and brain. Of the 15 putative targets analyzed by WMISH, seven display altered expression within the eye or brain, at 28 hpf: (A–D) arx, (E–H) maf, (I–L) foxp2, (M–P) neurod, (Q–T) prox1, (U–X) tcf7l2, (Y–AB) tfap2a.
