(A) Heat map shows hierarchical clustering based on relative, normalized expression for protein-coding and noncoding transcripts and transcript variants in P0, P5, P15, and adult cerebellum. (B) Wiggle profile of mRNA-seq data reveals a developmental, stage-specific pattern of expression for the four isoforms of Dclk1 in the cerebellum. While promoter 1–driven transcripts are mostly expressed in early development, P0 and P5 (only P0 shown) promoter 2–driven transcripts are mostly expressed in adult cerebella.
