Absolute values of differences in DNA methylation between MZ and DZ pairs for the different classes of regions. Analysis of all regions together displays little difference between MZ and DZ pairs. Analysis of specific regions reveals no differences between MZ and DZ pairs for CGIs and 5PRIM, whereas CNCs and random sites (RAND) vary more, with DZ pairs showing larger differences.
