RT-PCR amplification of murine PTES products corresponding to known human structures. The amplicon corresponding to the expected PTES structure is highlighted in each case. The additional amplicons seen in panels 1 and 3 are the expected size for murine orthologs of additional human products (MAN1A2 E6-E2, Supplemental Table S6; TLE4 E8-E5, GenBank accession no.
