Ciona refers to Ciona intestinalis and Ciona savignyi sequences, two basal chordates; insects include Anopheles gambiae, Aedes aegypti, and Drosophila melanogaster; worm refers to Caenorhabditis elegans; and yeast to Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
