Comparison of the subcellular localization of proteins encoded by zebrafish WGD-duplicates. Subcellular localization was assessed using computational methods, SignalP (Bendtsen et al. 2004) and TMHMM (Krogh et al. 2001). 14% of WGD-duplicates encode proteins that differ in subcellular localization.
