Chromosomal associations among various types of interspersed repeats. The network was constructed with the reads from sample M25. A node represents a repeat class; a line represents the connection between two types of repeats, which was estimated by the number of reads that contain both kinds of repeats. The width of the line is proportional to the number of connections.
