  • The table shows numbers of probes within promoters associated with CTCF clusters (C+P+), probes within CTCF clusters alone (C+P-), probes within promoter sequences alone (C−P+), and probes outside both promoters and CTCF sites (C−P−). The numbers are further split into those detecting sequences in the soluble (S) or insoluble (I) fractions for each log2R cut-off (<−1.0, <−0.5, <0, >0, >0.5, >1.0). Enrichment ratios (S/I) and median values for each cut-off category are provided. Positive medians indicate a bias toward probes partitioning into soluble DNA (0 indicates no partitioning preference).
